Journey to the Casbah

This beautiful, show stopping dish is called a "bisteeya." It balances savory and sweet ingredients that include chicken, almond, cinnamon and saffron, that gets layered between crisp fillo dough. One bite will transport you to Morocco. 

In this class you will learn about braising and working with fillo dough. We will also make a roasted Moroccan vegetable dish to go along with your bisteeya.

Spring Has Sprung

Say goodbye to the dreary winter and hello to spring! The spring equinox marks the beginning of the new season and with it bright gorgeous vegetables.

In this class you will learn how to make an asparagus risotto and the secret to making a tender and juicy fish filet. We will also explore some beautiful spring vegetables coming into season.
