COCKTAIL AND DINNER PARTIES:
Have you ever found yourself stuck in the kitchen at your own cocktail or dinner party? Let Bella Cucina Maria do the cooking for you! We can plan and create beautiful plated dinners for 12 and buffet dinners for up to 50 people. (Cost of ingredients and staff, if necessary, are in addition to the chef service fee.)
Everything is prepared in your own kitchen on the chosen day, and you never have to worry about clean up!
Chef Maria not only specializes in all types of regional Italian and Greek cuisine, but can also create delicious meals from American, French, South American and some Asian cuisines. She travels within the Metro New York and Connecticut area, however, some additional travel fees may apply.
COOKING LESSON PARTIES
Are you looking for a different kind of birthday experience? If so, then Bella Cucina Maria has just what you’re looking for. For up to 12 participants Chef Maria will come to your home and teach a cooking class of your choosing for you and a group of friends or children. You will learn easy techniques to work on dishes of your own choosing. At the end of your party, you will feast on your culinary creation.
Chef Maria will consult with you prior to your Cooking Party to create a lesson tailored to your interests. Whether your group consists of beginners or experienced cooks Chef Maria will create a lesson that will be tasty and memorable.
Full kitchen facilities are required for this experience. Chef Maria travels within the Metro New York and Connecticut area, however, some additional travel fees may apply. Typically a Cooking Party will last approximately 3 - 4 hours.
FEES, BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL EVENTS:
Chef Maria will consult with you then develop a special menu tailored to your event. A $50.00 service fee for your menu proposal is requested prior to receiving your plan. If you decide to go ahead with the menu that fee will be deducted from your balance.
We suggest booking your event at least 3 weeks in advance. A 20% deposit and guest count will be due 10 days prior to your scheduled event. Deposits are non-refundable, however, rescheduling is allowed free of charge with at least 7 days notice prior to your scheduled event. Rescheduling between 7 days and 72 hours will incur a $50 fee, and no rescheduling may be done within 72 hours of your scheduled event.
